Thank you for visiting my site – let me introduce myself and my services to you.
I established my consultancy in 2010 after a successful career in the public sector including five years as a Chief Executive and a number of years as a regional HR & OD Director.
My practice has two principal areas of focus:
Coaching senior people and senior teams and,
Mediation and Investigations involving senior people in the workplace
alongside which, I undertake some strategic commissions relating to organisational development and design.
My clients are from a variety of sectors – these include the NHS, Education, Local Government, Housing and Private sectors. I am based in the East of England, however my coaching clients are located across the country as I use webcam and telephone coaching options, and my investigative and mediation work is necessarily uk wide.
Most of coaching clients are at Board level or aspirant Board Directors or senior professionals or clinicians. I also work with individuals returning to work, considering a change of career or facing an unexpected change in their career circumstances and newly promoted leaders.
Commissions for my mediation and investigative work also normally involve or concern senior people or complex/sensitive matters and I have particular experience of cases concerning bullying/whistleblowing and reviewing and reporting on historical and previous internal investigations.
Outside my consultancy, I have also built up my non-executive and trustee experience having worked as a Chait of a Board of Trustees, and Independent Chair of Audit and am now Chair of the Board of Suffolk Housing Society. I am also a Visiting Fellow at Suffolk University in Organisational Development.
